A 1-ON-1 consult is required for all new clients PRIOR to Starting The Journey to prepare all parties involved for the lifestyle of cultivating locs, and setting proper maintenance expectations.

If a first-time client is scheduled without a consultation, your appointment will be modified to a consultation upon arrival or cancelled, and full service will be scheduled at a later date.
No exceptions.

Consultation fees will be applied to your first full service in The Nappy Sanctuary.

Cancellation Policy

We all know life happens.. but when you miss your appointment, it prevents someone else from utilizing the time and space in the Nappy Sanctuary.

For all NO call - NO show cancellations, you will be charged a fee of 100% of the scheduled service, and must pay in full before the next appointment is accepted.

Without satisfying this cancellation fee, future appointments will not be accepted. No exceptions.

Running late? You are allowed a 10 min grace period at 15 min you will be charged a $15 fee, and after 30 min your appointment will be cancelled, and you'll be asked to reschedule.

At Nappy Sanctuary, our time together has tremendous value, so please be considerate and punctual when deciding on the time slot for your service.
