Sisterlocks are a trademark hairstyle created and developed in 1993 by Dr. JoAnne Cornwell. They are smaller in size than dreadlocks, and installed in a grid format using specific tools and products.

LOC DETOX

Should you detox your Nappy Crown?

Only if you have buildup! If you’re not sure if your locs have buildup, you can check by squeezing them when wet. If something other than water appears to the surface or on your hands, then it’s buildup and time to DETOX!

This service includes soaking your locs in our Nappy Cleanse made of apple cider vinegar and baking soda to remove build-up, and follows with an oil treatment to replenish moisture.
